Willow Plan

Maple Plan

59.99 / month

  • Great if you occasionally need a few content tweaks, image swaps, or minor fixes throughout the year.
  • Includes everything in the Willow Plan PLUS:
  • 4 hours per year of support time
  • Support time can be used for content/image updates to existing pages, error resolution, etc.

Oak Plan

79.99 / month

  • Great if you occasionally need a few content tweaks, image swaps, or minor fixes throughout the year.
  • Includes everything in the Willow Plan PLUS:
  • 6 hours per year of support time
  • Support time can be used for content/image updates to existing pages, error resolution, etc.
  • 10% discount on hourly rate after included hours

Service Terms

Quarterly Updates:

WordPress core and plugin updates will be performed quarterly. If a major WordPress version is released, updates may be delayed by one quarter to ensure that plugins and themes remain compatible and stable befoe proceeding.

Support Hours (Maple and Oak Plans only):

Support hours can be used for:

  • Content or image updates to existing pages
  • Fixing naturally occurring website errors (e.g., plugin conflicts, minor bugs)
  • General WordPress troubleshooting or minor adjustments

Support hours do not cover:

  • Major redesigns
  • Creation of new pages
  • Addition of new major functionality

These are billed separately at the standard hourly rate.

Willow Plan Support:

Any requested changes, fixes, or troubleshooting will be billed at the standard hourly rate with a 1-hour minimum per incident.

Weekly Backups:

Website backups are created weekly and stored securely. In the event of a website issue requiring restoration, the most recent available backup will be used. Please note that backups may be up to 1–3 weeks old depending on timing and server conditions.

Errors from User Interaction:

Website issues caused by client-side actions — such as installing or deleting plugins, editing website files, modifying settings, or introducing custom code — are considered outside the scope of the maintenance plan.

We will make a best-effort attempt to repair these issues using available support hours (Maple and Oak Plans) or by billing at the standard hourly rate (Willow Plan). If restoration from a backup is necessary, we will use the most recent available backup.

Hack Recovery:

Maple and Oak Plan clients may apply their available support hours toward hack recovery work. Any additional hours beyond the included 6 will be billed at the discounted hourly rate (10% off current rate).

Willow Plan clients will be billed at the standard hourly rate for hack recovery, with a 1-hour minimum.

Terms & Conditions

Agreement Term:

This service agreement is for a term of 12 months from the date of enrollment. It will automatically renew annually unless canceled by either party with written notice at least 30 days before the renewal date.

Payment Terms:

All plans are billed monthly via automatic subscription through Stripe. If a payment fails (e.g., due to an expired or declined card), Stripe will attempt to reprocess the charge. If payment is not successfully collected within 7 days of the due date, services may be suspended until the account is brought current.

Cancellation:

Early termination of either plan will incur a flat $99 cancellation fee.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing.

Force Majeure:

We are not responsible for delays or failure to fulfill obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, supplier failures, or internet outages.

Governing Law:

This agreement is governed by and construed under the laws of the State of PA.

Limitation of Liability:

We provide website maintenance services and, in some cases, hosting services. However, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including but not limited to data loss, lost revenue, or business interruption — resulting from technical failures, software conflicts, hosting outages (whether hosting is provided by us or a third party), hacks, or user error.

Backups and restoration services will be performed to the best of our ability, but no guarantee is made regarding backup recency, completeness, or the success of recovery attempts.

Clients who host their websites with a third party are responsible for maintaining functional hosting environments, domain access, and current credentials.

In all cases, our total liability under this maintenance agreement is limited to the total fees paid for the maintenance plan in the six (6) months preceding any claim.
